this is, remains, an utterly beautiful piece of work. i love the lyrics so much on this song, its great to hear your voice further forward on this mix on this version; you have such a great voice it shouldn't be left behind the piano sounds fantastic, as it did before, with some love declicate guitar weaving through it. Builds to a fanastic end.. feck when it gets to the /take me home / set me free/ at the end the hairs on the back of my neck stood on end & still love the way it sinks back for the last verse after such a stormy chorus/verse.. Absolutely fanastic.

Really solid vocal performance, good production. The buildup mid-track is well done. Sort of reminiscent of Ben Folds. Nice work

absolutely beautiful song! i caught your name on jesse's page and bopped over for a listen. good luck for me - the piano is as good as your singing but the words, especially the crescendo lyrics - well, they rock. you're talented and it's cool to see the collaboration. mile peace jd

It kind of reminded me of a disney song. But your voice is nice and i'm a sucker for piano music a lot of the time.

That’s a star quality voice; it ought to be more up front in the mix. The instrumental melody is strong and catchy, very tastefully executed, but I found myself wanting to hear it in more of a supporting role. The instrumentation relates really well harmonically, and I think that would’ve been helped rather than hurt by making it a little less in-your-face.
The mix is the sole problem I have with this piece, though. Beautiful stuff...
